Left: I made this mirror from a $4 mirror I found at (gag) Wal-Mart. I knew all the wood scraps I kept from the models in Intro to Architecture class would come in handy someday...
Right: We put this floor down on New Years Day this year. I'm officially addicted to checkerboard. It's peel-&-stick, an it was totally easy and was only about $15. Highly recommended.

The rest of the entry is taken up by the book bench (which I designed and built) and our wedding boxes on the wall. The top one has our flowers, and the bottom one holds the unity cord from the ceremony. I did the painting above the sofa, too.
